About Me

      Thank you for visiting PowerHomeMarketing.com, my name is Tim Andersen, the founder of PowerHomeMarketing.com.  I am married, have four children and three grand-children.  I really enjoy Flagstaff and the Northern Arizona area, and I can't think of any other profession that I would enjoy as much as helping you to live the American Dream of home ownership and wealth building through real estate in this area.  

     I to work with West USA Realty Flagstaff because of their reputation for integrity, desire to succeed, and their professionalism.  Shelly Bethke and Jacquie Kellogg are the owners of West USA Realty Flagstaff and both are highly respected real estate professionals in the Flagstaff community.       Prior to moving to Flagstaff, I worked for a radio broadcast company in Las Vegas where I assisted prominent homebuilders with their advertising and marketing needs.  My membership in the Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association and the Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management I earned through the University of Phoenix, enabled me to form many useful strategic alliances and promotional opportunities.  I utilized these as I worked directly and indirectly with almost all the major homebuilders in Las Vegas; some of them were KB Homes, Rhodes Homes, Del Webb, Pulte, Richmond American Homes, and American Nevada Corporation.  As a graduate of the Radio Advertising Bureau training school, I was uniquely prepared to assist them in driving buyers to their developments.  I also earned the highly esteemed ABR designation, (Accredited Buyers Representative), and know my clients will greatly benefit from my commitment to continued education and improvement. In January of 2008, I earned my broker license and am proud to be an Associate Broker with West USA Realty Flagstaff.
